Does anyone here think we should give this guy a tryout when draft time comes and possibly draft him as a late 2nd rounder. Hes a really good pg but this year has taken the role as a scorer since losing morrison. I think he could be a good pg if he came here.

that guys like 6'0, 140. He's a skinny wuss and will not be successful in the NBA, he's also the non defender that Morrison is.

Just read on cnn/si websight where a Chinese lad is going

into the lower minor league, He's tall - 7'8".

Just recovering from surgery because of his growth, but

he's apparently fine. He's only played about 60 games

of basketball of ANY kind.

Should be interesting to watch his progress.

I saw a special on this guy - they said he was 7'9" (only an inch off) - I hate to bum out a dream for the fella - but he looked really slow - kinda like a circus freak.

I think he has also had pituitary problems. Don't know if they are resolved or not. Also saw the bit on him. He has a long, long, long way to go.

That's what the surgery was for / apparently successful.

Akward? Guess it would take some time to get accustomed

to a body THAT size!!

Anyway, someone to keep an eye on and see what happens.

The show I saw (which was probably a year old or so) said he still had a small tumor on his brain that was causing the growth and they were treating it - Heck I hope he does good - but prolly 3rd tier pro basketball at best. Hope he earns a living and has a happy life. Hope he doesn't hafta become a wrestler.
