I can't see that happening. Drugs are not something where the user is really blamed as hurting or exploiting others like with the torture of dogs. Vick doing commercials, etc. would be like Tyson doing anti-rape commercials. Former addicts can embrace their past addiction as a message for others and don't have a problem with being known as someone who once struggled with a problem. Vick connecting himself over and over with the things he has been accused of in the indictment would not go over so well.
