Jason Terry ®: The Hawks will end up re-signing Jason, but when you look at bright up and coming swing guards JT is one of the better players on the market, clearly not a huge marquee guy, but he’s an upper tier guy in my book. Should the Hawks drag their feet, terry would be a great pickup for a number of teams, meaning his market value will be high.

Lon Kruger, who was fired after two-plus seasons as coach of the Atlanta Hawks, will remain in the pro game.

He has joined Don Chaney's staff as an assistant with the New York Knicks.

The 50-year-old Kruger was coach at Kansas State, Florida and Illinois before jumping to the NBA. He was 69-122 with the Hawks.
