Charlotte paper seems to think Clippers may be interested in Okafor as well link

The SI article said Smoove doesn't have the self-discipline to be a max player in a market like Philly. If nobody ponies up the big contract for Smith, maybe he'll play with a chip on his shoulder after some of these comments.

I think them getting Okafor would be the right move for them.

They already have Kaman. They would have one of the best defensive frontcourts in the game. And that team would be Thornton's.

I agree about Okafur. If he is injury free I would also place more value on him than Smoove as he is a true big. Especially in the west with all the quality big men the Clips have to face on a nightly basis. The injury question with Okafur is the kicker.
