I'm so freakin disappointed with the ACC. They are folding like the Big 10 normally does. What really hurt me was Clemson losing to Michigan. It's the paradigm shift in basketball again.

We are moving away from the fast slender teams who can play uptempo and fast defense and get wins..

to

Big, slow, gawky, teams that force the ball inside and pound it all game long. Usually, a shift in the college ranks leads to a shift in the pro ranks about 7 years later.

We had Carolina - Jordan & Worthy

Then Duke -Ferry

Then UNLV - LJ & Augmon

Then Duke - Laettner, Hurly, and Hill.

Then Michigan (who never sealed the deal) - Fab 5.

Carolina - Roy's Bunch

and lately, the SEC was dominate.. - Fla.

Now it's looking like we're moving away from that running team and maybe headed towards one of those gawky teams.
