Who has cap space to trade for JJ?

Now that the top FA are starting to sign there are a couple teams that still have cap space to make a deal for JJ. But not many of them have players to deal. NY, NJ, Dallas, Chicago all have cap space? But only Dallas has the talent to trade. Any likely deals on the horizon?

Minnesota has plenty of cap room. They have some nice young talent too. Their front office is very stupid. I don't see us moving JJ at this point though.
