I went and saw this with my brother yesterday and sat in the "D-Box" seats, the ones which are motion coded to the movie where the chairs move and vibrate and stuff to whatever is happening on screen and it was awesome!! Not only was the movie the best in the series, yes better than the original, but seeing it in those seats made it even better. If you have a theater near you with D-Box seating it's well worth the extra 8 bucks per ticket to see a movie like this.

Wait a minute! The fifth movie in an action franchise is supposed to be less popular than the rest -- but Fast Five is the year's biggest hit so far. It could double the opening weekend grosses of Rio. It scored 50 percent higher on Rottentomatoes than the first film in the series, 2001's The Fast and the Furious, and almost three times higher than 2009's Fast and Furious. It got a perfect A CinemaScore.

Fast Five is expected to be the biggest opening in Universal history, racing right past Lost World: Jurassic Park. It's already made way more money ...

... than the $100 million in the bank vault that Paul Walker and Vin Diesel drag at top speed behind their muscle car through the streets of Rio de Janeiro, towing it like an overweight waterskier. Almost 200 cars are said to have been demolished for the scene. It was worth it. If you drive slower than Walker and Diesel to go see the movie, it could be sold out before you get there.

A buddy of mine was one of the camera men for all the shots filmed around Atlanta.

They used different cameramen for all the shots in Puerto Rico though.

He is scheduled to me shooting The 3 Stooges soon. Unfortunately many of the big stars in the original cast have dropped out like Jim Carrey, Benicio Del Toro, Sean Penn but they ended up with a decent set of semi stars:
