Why Rockets do it: I don't think T-Will has much of a future there (doesn't fit offense, attitude?), and they'll want a decent role player behind budinger. (marvin) They also get to test Sy's potential. Also, the Rockets won't be needing Brad if Yao come back anyway. (Rockets centers: Yao/Hayes/Thabeet)

Why we do it: We get an upgrade at SF, and a decent backup center.
