LastDon
Personally I feel like if the team can stay relatively healthy and Glove gives us 15 a night that their is no doubt with the nucleus we have of Reef, JT, Theo, and Jacktown that we would be in the playoffs!!! Premium Member Diesel Posted October 10, 2003 Premium Member Report Share Posted October 10, 2003 Depends on his FG% and his defense. If we just based on the same standards as Last year, these thing mean alot. However, when looking at the value of a player to his team, you must also consider the team's approach to the game. If Reef is our 1st option. Ball goes into the post every time and Glover shoots 45% or higher as our third option and he scores 15 ppg... That's good. However, if Reef is not our first option and Glover, Sjack, and Terry score 15 apiece with some FG% that are not high... Then I can guess that we will LOSE more than we win. Somewhere along the lines, you have to find Good team defense. So, my realistic hope is this: Reef 20/10/3 on 50% shooting. Theo 12/7/2/3.2 on 59% shooting. SJack 13/5/4 on 46% shooting. Glover 13/5/3 on 44% shooting. JT 15/1/7 on 42% shooting. From the bench: Hendu 4, Nazr 7, Nailon 6, (Vaughn, Hansen, Dickau, the rest 9 ppg ). That would be pretty good. Boondocks
that would be nice, although I think sjax fg% is abit optimistic, since now he'll have less room for his shot then he had with Tim.
Weez
My guess: (I bumped the Reef 21.7/9.3/3.1 on 48% shooting. Theo 12.1/8.3/3.3 on 50% shooting. SJack 13.7/5/4 on 43% shooting. Glover 13/5/3 on 44% shooting. JT 17/1/7 on 42% shooting. From the bench: Hendu 5, Nazr 7, Nailon 7, (Vaughn, Hansen, Dickau, the rest 3 ppg ). ~ realistically, if we get all five starters in double digits, we'll make for a tough team. jjjohns3
JT will grab more than 1 board a game. He loves to get in there & go for boards. & Nailon will give us 8-10 off of the bench. When he gets on the court,he'll get to shoot the ball. Dickau could come in & light it up if he's healthy as well. ~Peace
