What you guys think of the Kobe case now?

Guilty of sex or rape? I haven't heard all the details...But

I'm starting to think she agreed to it. And it appears she

has been sleeping with several different people...What do

you guys think now?

Here is something that was said:

"Winters said the woman told him she had consensual sex with another man on June 27 or June 28 and used a condom, backing earlier defense suggestions she was sexually active before her encounter with Bryant."

“Yes,” Winters responded."

"Winters also said two pairs of panties from the woman were tested - one from the night of June 30, the other being the one she wore to a hospital for an exam the next day.

The latter pair contained blood and semen, Winters said.

“The accuser arrived at the hospital wearing panties with someone else’s semen and sperm in them, not that of Mr. Bryant, correct?” Mackey asked.

“That’s correct,” Winters responded."

you should also read Kobe's version of the story...I can't remember what magazine it was printed in, but it was pretty interesting, essentially saying that much of "emotional problems" that occured more or less started when he started freaking out in the middle of sex because he wasn't wearing a condom, then she starting freaking out and things just snowballed from there...

I dont know but I think this chick is a serious skank. Did she maybe wear the wrong dirty underwear to the rape test than she wore with Kobe?

The story you are refrencing to was in Newsweek. But Kobe said it was false and the story of the girl isn't what was testified to either.

A lot of BS has been out there about the case, starting from the woman who started the story.
