I think that is overly optimistic but I don't think Jenkins will be putting up 10 ppg either.

Yeah, a crafty 20ppg sec player with an amazing stroke can't average 10ppg....Why would taking machado make it an A+ draft when we can get him without using a draft pick???!

I'm not only upset. I'm pissed. There were several starter quality player or available, some high potential players that a team needing talent can't pass on, and similarly talented players that did not play 2 of the 3 positions we needed the least amount of help with. Yet, we drafted "for need" (less talent, less positional value) at positions without need.

To this point in the voting, this draft is at a C or C+ from the posters. (A=4, B=3, B- = 2.7, etc. - voting is at 2.18).

Moultrie will be the starting PF for the Sixers after Brand. Wroten will play 20+ minutes this year and PJIII will end up being a part of something bigger for the Thunder even if he is just a piece in a future trade to get something they need. Guys that have a lot of intrigue in the league carry value. Jenkins does not have the intrigue that Moultrie, PJIII, or Wroten has. I will be anyone that Jenkins receives atleast 30 DNP coaches decisions this year because he is not even a rotation player but a specialist.

because if we drafted him we would be guaranteed to be able to sign him if we want him. we still have a chance to get him, but there are no guarantees now, he can sign with any damn team he wants to. we went from 100% chance to sign, down to 20% assuming there are 4 other teams interested in him.please note, the A+ was not for just machado, but for machado and ezeli both. if it were jenkins and machado, i'd say B.

Yea tells me to use reverse thinking and consider this draft may not be all bad

This is for you that claim no passion about team. I don't agree with the love affair with only PJIII because Wroten and Moultrie were there also but there are diehard Hawks fans out there. Edited July 1, 2012 by MrMeltdown
