Read someplace that the NBA will not allow EA Sports to add that to the game as they don't want that to be the NBA's image.

However, if you have the Kinect, you can curse at the refs after a call and they will 'T' you up. That's pretty neat... but not enough to justify buying a Kinect for as I bought mine mainly for that (and calling audibles in Madden) and ended up bringing it back.
