Scott Layden was fired by the Knicks and I. Thomas is replacing him as GM of the Knicks. The AP just reported the story. I think I. Thomas is a poor GM. So I don't know if this helps NY that much. But then again Layden was horrible.

I think Isiah is a pretty good GM. Remember, he was the one that assembled Toronto's team of:

Camby, Stoudamire, McGrady, Christie, Williams, and a few other notables.
