Millsap/Dunleavy for  DMC, Patrick Patterson, Jakob Poeitl

 

Here's my thought..

The return of the Black Kyle Korver.   A PF who is a Stretch 4.  And a Big with potential who can be groom by D8.

Personally, I would not trade Sap.. but this is a money saver and we'd still be semi competitive with DMCthealltime great/Prince at the three and Baze and THJr at the 2.

We'd still need to find trades for Thabo & Tiago.

Patterson is also a free agent and will be looking to get paid.

DMC is not the same, knee issues still linger  - we are already overpaying one struggling wing player, why add another.

Dwight's not grooming anyone, totally different skillsets.

There is nothing I like about this trade ... we help the Raptors and take back inferior talent.  DMC has been injured and not very good since he left.

Patrick Patterson is just a decent NBA player at best and  Poeitl is an unknown 

We don't even get a draft pick.

This not only doesn't help us but we take a step back.  Its just as well as we play the season out and let Sap leave at the end of the season.  At least we are not stuck with DMC's contract.
