Folty's gem helps Braves to big gain in East

Mike Foltynewicz was in a stingy mood Tuesday night. The right-hander flirted with his second shutout of the season, as his complete-game performance propelled the Braves to a 4-1 victory over the Giants and their first series win at AT&T Park since 2011. Giants starter Andrew Suarez yielded three runs and six hits in six innings to record his 10th quality start of the season. But the Giants continued to flounder offensively and absorbed their 10th consecutive defeat, matching the franchise's longest streaks of futility since it moved West in 1958.
