we can cross Okur off of our FA list this summer

it's down to Kobe (big if), qrich (protected), kmart (wants max), crawford (protected), and the rest

if kobe doesn't opt out, then la keeps qrich and then we can't give kmart the max cause that'd screw us and then if chicago matches our offer to crawford, then we get no major FAs

hopefully our future is bright, but this may be a painful team to watch next year
