Dukegotgame
It baffles me why we were signing scrubs to ten day contracts when we could of picked him up

Iman
I didnt think we had a roster position available up until the time Dermarr was picked up by the Knicks. Either way I think we sorta gave up on Dermarr when we drafted Diaw. I dont know if we need both but I'd still like to see us pick up Dermarr in the offseason, but I think it's unlikely to happen. Plainview1981
I see JT had a 2-13 game. His shooting gets worse every year. He barely shots 41% now and that is just terrible. I hope the team ditches him on the offseason because instead if improving he declines every year. I don't think Dermarr will get a good contract. Overall, he hasn't even played that much. Blunt91
No Dermarr's career high was 28pts vs the Bucks back in 2002. I didn't see the game but saw the highlights and IMO he basically did the same thing he did here shoot wideopen 3pointers.I saw where he drove to the basket one time and hit a bankshot off the glass. I still don't see where he has improved his game any if at all. Not to knocks DJ but Boris has every chance to be just as good of a scorer as DJ. Diaw needs to work on his freethrows, be more aggressive and stopp showing the ball when he drives to the lane for a slam.
Lrenfro
So am I to understand that the biggest reason that we did not resign DJ is because we did not have a spot for him. I find that hard to believer.
Gray Mule
Hawks have been hurting all season - And the fact that all the roster spots have been full didn't help. Before we did all the moves, trades, etc. we traded Big Dog for an I.R. contract. Henderson has been out. Esekie has been I.R. all season. Then, when we have others, we end up short handed. The N.B.A. refused to give us any relief. The N.Y. team signed DerMarr before we had an opening. Then, they signed him for the remainder of the season.
