Who better to have as a Veteran big man helping to teach our young guys. I think he'd be good for us. Sign him for three years at a good price to be ready for the big men that appear in FA then.

Vlade has said he wants to go to the lakers.

Regardless, his leadership would be perfect, but he could single handedly kill our running game. Then again his passing is always contagious and gets everyone playing as a team. I really think he is going to LA, but I would be fine with us getting him

Vlade will want to go to a playoff contender team where he has a chance at a championship. He is 36 years old and problably only has a year or 2 left.

Players who just want to be mentors in the twlight of their careers are guys who are just trying to get a contract with anyone to remain around or have already won their championship and wnat to give back.

I wouldn't consider him for the Hawks anyways, at this point in his career.
