What David Stern needs to ask Belkin...

Why?

What do you expect to accomplish?

How do you intend to function at below league minimum payroll?

How do you intend to function without binding the majority against their will?

Give me an example of what you intend to do in the best interest of the league, the ownership fraternity, the team, the fans and the city of Atlanta.

And finally...

What the hell is your problem?

Is your wenis *that small* that you feel the need for this?

SB: "Of course I'm willing to spend money and this is just about the pick."

BK: "I'm offering Chandler a max contract then."

SB: "Well, that would not be a prudent use of money so I will deny that. Like the Judge said, I don't think it is clear that there aren't other people who can do what he can do cheaper. I think he would take the mid-level exception."

BK: "That is just assinine. I'm offering Curry $8M contract then."

SB: "No, I just don't think that would be a good idea for this team. Offer him a non-guaranteed 1 year deal for $4M."

BK: "Damn it, Belkin. Name the players out there I can spend $8M/yr on and actually sign."

SB: "No one is worth that kind of money. Think of firefighters and how much they earn. I think we can sign JJ for $7M/yr. No one else is worth even that. The Suns are just bluffing and don't really like him. If they do match then it is just a difference in business judgment and we'll have to go with a minimal payroll for this year. He, he, he."

BK: "Did you just laugh at me when you said that?"

SB: "Come on, let's shake hands and be friends."

BK: "Come over here and I'll show you the back of my hand. Meeting adjourned. B#*$."
