  1. Too early to let go of Teague and assume Schröder can keep it going all season. Last year he had a stretch where he looked unstoppable as well and then played like garbage the last two months of the season and the playoffs. Obviously the talent is there, but we need to see it for a longer period of time before we assume that he has broken out imo.
  2. Yea, you're right. I was looking at Hoopshype and saw his contract was up this season but it isn't accurate. He is a Nugget at least until the end of next season.
  3. Advanced Stats are not all that kind to Nique, but this seems low even if that is the barometer.
  4. What do people think of Danilo Gallinari in a Hawks uni? He is a tremendously efficient scorer despite his low FG%, a good rebounder for his position and long at 6-10. I don't know anything about him on the defensive end, but can't be any worse than Korver has been this year. He is a Free Agent in 2016 and is only 27. Obviously the main area of concern is the fact he has been one of the most injury prone players in the last several seasons, though this year he has played every game so far, and looks like he is 100% having a career season.
  5. One thing to note also from the past three games is that the three ball is starting to go down.
  6. Our lineups with Tim Hardaway have had an enormous +- the last three games. He is playing well on both ends, and is having an impact despite not scoring the ball that well.
  7. This was maybe Horford's best all around game as well. His stat line was, well, ridiculous. It was an almost a completely flawless performance. He destroyed Pau Gasol. 33 pts, 10 rebs, 6 assists, 1 stl, 4 blks, 0 tos 75% from the field, 1-3 three pointers, 2-2 fts. and +22
  8. Dennis has played the best basketball of his life since the "suspension"
  9. Good to know the Horford trolls will stop trying to give me brain cancer until at least the Charlotte game
  10. Oh just happened with Kyle Korver and Horford btw.. Horford AT LEAST doubled him up in every single category including +-
  11. He's looked great since coming back from his unofficial suspension Oh, and AHF, Two games by Lowry this year where he doubles up Demarre in almost every category including +- in similar amount of minutes. Raptors/Wizards. Nov 28th 2015 Lowry: 27 pts, 3 assists, 7 rebounds, 2 stls, 1 blk +6 34 mins played Carroll: 4 pts, 1 assits, 4 rebounds, 1 stl, 0 blks +3 28 mins played Raptors/Mavs, Nov Nov 3rd 2015 Lowry: 20 pts, 10 assists, 5 rebounds, 3 stls, 2 blks +25 37 mins played, Carroll: 3 pts, 1 assist, 5 rebounds, 1 stl, 0 blk +1 34 mins played.
  12. Here you go Game 3 against Cavs... took me literally 40 seconds, this fits the criteria outside of steals (really 2-1 steals edge from your PG compared to your SF is supposed to be a noteworthy event???) Jeff Teague: 30 pts, 7 assits, 6 rebounds, 1 stl, 1 blk Carroll: 10 pts, 2 assists, 3 rebounds 2 stl, 1 blk. This is 3x the pts 3x the assists, and twice the rebounds in the same amount of time 42 minutes played.
  13. Are you serious? This is the most ridiculous post I've ever seen. You are understanding this is an 18 minute sample size right?
  14. He's having a rough year by ANYONES standards.
  15. Well this had to do with the fact the ball was in Schros hands at least twice as much as Hardaways', as Hardaway was playing Korver's/Demarre's position on the court , which involved standing in the corners and being the fourth option on offense. while Schro was the focul point of pretty much every offensive posession, setting up the offense and running pick and roles with our bigs. I mean such a stat line is not uncommon at all, really, for example, how many times did Teague double Demarre's production in assists and points last year playing similar minutes? It happened regularily. Pointing out that the PG has three more assists (he also had three more turnovers) than the SF, and six more points on three more shots is just a bizarre observation.
  16. His one on one defense was very good, but did struggle at times knowing where to be off-ball, showing indecision about whether to help out or stay with his man at the three point line, but this started happening more in the fourth quarter when we were up 30 points. During the time he came in during the second quarter and we started to make our run he looked very good on both ends. One thing that has stood out is that he is not forcing his shots at all, and made several moves to set up teamates. Those three assists he had were very nice setups and it was a part of his game that was non existant during his NY days. Looking forward to him becoming a regular rotation guy and seeing his role expand.
  17. Don't look now but Hardaway is starting to find his game. Maybe our wing depth issue can yet get resolved.
  18. Hardaway has looked good the last two games. Has had a very nice +- when he is out there. Look for his role to continue to grow on this team. Alas, I think that will be it for Lamar Paterson's spot in the rotation.
  19. Lol, he almost had a triple double the second game. You are such a troll. If you want to point the finger at a single player on this squad it should be Korver. We probably have an extra 3-4 wins if he was playing anywhere near last year's level.
  20. LMFAO!! Zbo??? Good grief... part of me actually would like to see some of these ridiculous moves happen so some of the posters on here would understand how foolish they are being. Horford may not be a "superstar" or "elite" or whatever, but if you guys think switching him for Zbo or Gasol or Howard is moving the needle for this squad you guys are truly clueless.
  21. What piece is there that is going to bring us a championship? What mythical star wing player or Center are we replacing Al with after he walks? People are saying "oh my god, what will we do if we tie up our money on Al, our franchise will be doomed". Well what do we do with the money otherwise? Give me one concrete example of a move that would make us better? You guys think we are the only teams that are gonna be "overpaying" our FAs? The cap is going up like 40% next year. 25 million is the new 15, 15 million the new 8.
  22. Nah f*** that; let's let Al walk instead. After all replacing a three time All Star center who has averaged a PER of 21 over his last three seasons is going to be a walk in the park.
