Did anyone catch the broadcast of the Georgia/Xavier game. One of the Georgia announcers and I am not sure which on said Jarvis Hayes was the greatest University of Georgia basketball player ever. Umm. Wouldn't Dominique be the greatest University of Georgia basketball player handsdown? I coulnd't blieve he said that and then there was no mention of Dominique. What is obvious is Marvin is a dufous and can't play D. Everytime he drives the lane, he goes spastick losing control. If there is a defender near him the officials call a foul. The guy is an oaf. I have never seen worse D than last night. How many dunks, holy crap it was unbelievable. Marvin can't guard shinola. It was ridiculous. ZAZA, The guy might be the weakest player in the NBA. I am sick and tired of watching him get the ball taken from him. He plays like a girl. Actually my 8 year old daughter has much more muscle and definitino than ZAZA. What a shame that he did not take on a serious strenth training program this summer. Shame, shame. Has anyone else noticed that the weight Solomon is gaining is in his ass? His arms and legs are as skinny as ever but his but and midsection seem to be growing. I am thinking the guy will never develop like they want. It's not like he is a 7 footer. The guys is nothing special.

Thanks, That's the problem there are so many different cards. I remember the day there was Topps, Fleer and Donruss, then came Upper Deck and Stadium Club and all hell broke loose. There are so many, I don't know which ones are any good. Any input helps. Hawk88

I noticed Paul trying to size Horford up as well and then just giving the ball up. I could feel Horfords competitiveness through the tv. Did Al look lost, no, he looked like he would step up to the challange regardless of the results. The guy has zero fear. I have noticed him get the crap blocked out of his shots. He doesn't hesitate or lose a step, or hang his head. He just goes after the ball to get it back to put it back in the basket. The guys has zero quit. And I have watched Al take the football program Univ. of Florida to back to back NCAA championships. The guy is unbelievable and if we can get our management and coaching situation worked out, this guy is a piece that will make the whole team better. I believe he can will a team to victory. As rookies wilt, Al just gets better and better. Al, I love you man. Hawk88

I didn't like Reef, he put up numbers but I don't think he compares to Dan Roundfield. How come Roundfield gets not love. He put up numbers and contributed to a winning team if I remember right. Tom McMillan, anyone remember that guy with the Huge head?

They heave up so many 3's its hard to rebound agianst them with their small quick lineup. You just don't know where the ball is going on all those long shots. This is a game where the coach needs to address the game's tempo. Did Woody?

Don't feel to bad for him. He is a stud and a consistently hard worker. I thought he would be good, and have loved his game. But with his work ethic and competitive spirit, I am starting to think he will be great. Right now I am more of a Horford fan than a Hawks fan. If for any reason he changes teams, I will have a new favorite team to work for. He impresses me that much. He is fun to watch on every play, offense and defense. He won't get rookie of the year, but he will get some votes. I would rather have him on my team than ANY other rookie. Go AL, I love you man. Hawk88

I think tonight is a must win for Woody, so I might be pulling for the Knick tonight as bad as that will be. If the Hawks don't start a roll starting tonight, I think he will be gone and Drew will replace him. Hawk88

Chief, You need to keep your eye on Zaza if you are looking for the worst player. The guy is a rag doll. Not sure how he got so bad since last year.

As a backup playing 8-12 minutes a game AJ was okay, but doesn't give you a spark. As a starter he was horrific. Couldn't penetrate, slowed things up. Sometimes the numbers don't tell the whole story just like the numbers don't tell all that Al Horford does for the team.

Ditto on Bibby. He is revolutionizing our offense. The guy penetrates, shoots, passes over the defense, draws defenders. He is just what we have been waiting so long for. Brings a tear to my eye. And then I look over and there Woodson stands with that I don't know what the f. is going on. That is the sad part. Hopefully Bibby can run things and Woodson can fade. Hawk88

Hello, Is it just me or is this an amazingly sweet deal for the Hawks. They trade 4 for 1 plus a 2nd rounder. Lue, AJ, Wright and Sheldon for Bibby. We haven't given up Marvin or Josh Childress to get a top 5 pg in the east. A veteran pg who is a true starter, who can push the ball and penetrate, and shoot. So sweet. Lineup of Bibby Johnson Marvin Smith Horford Bench: Childress Zaza Law Jones Salim Okay, the bench is thin, but it is a lot easier filling in the bench when you have true starters. The starting 5 is loaded. We need a coach but if Woodson doesn't win with these guys there will be no excuses. I am stoked and can't wait to see them play. All our guys just got a hell of a lot better. Hawk88

Yikes, 5 years at 5 million a year. They will be lucky to find anyone to take on that contract. Due to the Ownership problems, the Hawks can't trade for a guy with more than 3 years on a contract can they?
