  1. On draftexpress analysis Mike Scott is the most efficient forward ahead of Perry Jones, Moe Harkless, Royce White, Terrence Jones...http://www.draftexpress.com/article/By-the-Numbers-The-2012-Forward-Crop-3991/I´m not saying he is going to be special, but can score with good percentages and can rebound, plus is a solid defender, I think we got good value on 2nd round.
  2. Some players who ar falling and could be available on draft day, as Second round steals, ordered by position Scott Machado, William Buford, Kris Joseph, Drew Gordon, Kyle O'Quinn, any of these list I think has a chance to become a role player on NBA.
  3. Terrence Jones, Terrence Ross, Toney Mitchell or Kendall Marshall
  4. How about trading Al Horford to Wizards for Andre Drummond? It's a good trade for both teams, Wiz fills their gap at PF, Horford and Nene can be a good frontcourt. Atlanta gets their much needed C and a good piece to rebuild in 2-3 years. We could take Blatche's salary to make the trade work.Teague/PargoFA/ GreenJJ/MarvinJ. Smith/ BlatcheA. Drummond/Ezeli/Zaza
  5. Henry Sims, Kim English, Alex Young
  6. I had on my list for first round pick that I posted on the other topic, before Ezeli or Melo I would go with Meyes Leonard, Arnett Moultrey, Marshall, Terrence Ross, Terrence Jones or even Royce White or Toney Mitchell. I think there is a good chance that either of the first 5 can be available when we pick. The comparison for Toney Mitchell on nbdraft is Kenyon Martin.
  7. Ezeli or Melo could be available for our 2nd round pick, I really cannot understand why we trade our 2nd round pick, I remember it was really high and with a deep draft like this you can get a role player thereSo with the first round pick I would go with the BPA, my list would be Meyes Leonard, Arnett Moultrey, Marshall, Terrence Ross, Terrence Jones, Royce White, Toney Mitchell... Either of this guys could be available for our pick.
  8. For his first season 12,3 ppg, 2,5rpg, 4,7 apg, 1,7spg and 2TO shoting 0,46% is not bad for a PG in ATL.He also plays good defense and of course has to learn the position and pass better, but there have been some games where he has delivered 8-9 asists, I think his stats are a little down due to some games where the PG duties were on JJ and Hinrich and he did not record a single assisst. I think we should stick with him and let develop. On the FA options I could only take a chance on Dragic and Mo Williams but be careful trying to extrapolate the stats of one player on his contract year. Williams is a the end of his career and Dragic has not made anything till now. Teague's best years are to come.
  9. He has been released, he has great upside and will provide depth at SF, I think he would be a great addition fo the playoffs and an upside player for the future. I would also like to sign Turiaf.
  10. No, Horford is a proven big, you don't trade him for a gamble.
  11. NO, throw Lopez instead of Brooks and we could have a deal. Teague and Horford are someone I would begin a rebuilding process but Deron and Brooks no.
  12. I post on the trade ideas forum but I think that Hinrich/Zaza for Kaman would be a great addition for this team, Zaza is not more than a backup center and we could sign someone like Gadzuric to fill that hole. Kaman is a starting center, someone that can rebound, score on the post and block shots, something we need and don't have.
  13. Now that Kaman has fallen out of the rotation is more likely NO wants to trade him, so perhaps using Hinrich expiring contract and Pachulia that is a legit backup Center Atlanta could get a legit center to make a run for the playoffs this year Teague/Pargo JJ/ Green Marvin/McGrady J. Smith/Radma/I. Johnson Kaman/J. Collins If he does well it could be likely that could be resigned next year.
  14. Why Phoenix would give you their Center of the future for Marvin Williams? No way they do it.
  15. The only option I see we can trade Hinrich for a Center is Robin Lopez and I think he would be of great help, a true center that is a borderline starter. Probably we will have to take Josh Childress's contract back to make the trade work and to make it attractive to Phoenix, so here is the deal would you trade Hinrich for R. Lopez and J. Childress, would you do it? Suns can dump salary this way

    Earl Barron

Another option would be Dan Gadzuric, either of these players would be of great help for Hawks now.
  17. Cavs will not trade him for a expiring contract, he is part of their future.

    Earl Barron

After we lose Al for the season is clear we need to sign another big, how would you feel about adding Earl Barron, when given the minutes he has produced good numbers on points and rebounds, he would offer something similar as Zaza.
  19. I said earlier on the season but I think Indiana is really better than us, for me you are veryyyy optimistic. A fair comparison would be: 1. Jeff Teague<Daren Collison - Darren Collison is the better player for now, he has 2 seasons of experience and is a better passer and floor general, he really manages the offense, Teague is learning the position. The day JT can average 13 ppg, 5 apg, 1 spg shooting 45% on a whole season we talk again. 2. Joe Johnson=Granger - And Joe is going down 3. Marvin<Paul George - George is an up and coming player, with great deffensive abilities and developing his offensive game. 4. Josh Smith>David West - However the difference is not great 5. Al Horford<Roy Hibbert - Hibbert is the better CENTER although Horford could be the better player, but about been a Center and defending the paint Hibbert is the better player. About the bench Indiana is better and deeper
  20. I think we can do better than Willie Green, either on defense and offense

    Vintage T-Mac

He did very well with Pistons last year in production and games played, I think he can do the same here if given the minutes. Has been an awesome signing, I said it the first day we signed him... Not so sure about Green and Radma, I think we still have too many guards and need a low post scorer or a backup center, what about Gadzuric?
  22. I have not seen any site that states we have to take Turkoglu's contract or that was considered on the offer. J Rich's contract is even worst and Turk is performing very well for them, fairly better than J Rich. Having JJ on the roster for me makes more sense to give one of their SG rather than their Point Forward and they want to win now. It has more sense to have a starting lineup of Nelson JJ Turkoglu Anderson Horford. Although I would like to switch Horford for Smith, anyway I doubt they do it and if we include Horford better if they include a good SG, including Turkoglu is a deal killer for me, Horford is just too much.
  23. A team with Teague, Redick, Marvin and Horford could achieve the playoffs in 2 years, is not the same situation as Cleveland, that is a good young core.... but again I would not trade JJ and Smith for him if he do not resign with Atlanta.
  24. Of course I don't think anyone would trade JJ and Smith for Howard if he do not resign long term with Atlanta, as happened with Carmelo Anthony.
