  1. Having a faerie as a pet is more realistic than this scenario.

    Props to JJ

If he keeps doing it consistently & IN THE PLAYOFFS I'll give him props with interest.
  3. For me, Jordan, Jamal & Teague along with picks can be packaged for players that will help us win now. We have to go all in while JJ still balling at his best. No time for wait on youngsters & picks. PS: Didn't mention Marvin cuz he's been shopped all season & no takers yet. So, you know.......
  4. If his contract and a pick gives us a better player I'm all for it. He's gone at the end of the season anyways.
  5. Like I said multiple times, we have the perfect core to play around Nash. It's a freaking no brainer to take him. Jamal & a 1rst round pick and maybe a 2nd rounder too just to make sure. Move Josh to the bench and there's your 6man. Collins start at the 5 and Al at the 4.
  6. He can't be here past the deadline with no extension. Extend him, trade him or be a 6 to 8 seed first round 4 -0 exit for years to come.
  7. They won't make the deal if Melo doesn't agree to sign the extension there. And no, we shouldn't help the only team in the conference that can steal the #5 seed from us. No thank you.
  8. Marvin for Nash don't work strait up. And Marvin's contract doesn't appeal rebuilding teams like Suns would be if Nash traded. More likely they would try to unload contracts just like Marvin's Crawford for Nash works perfect salary wise.
  9. This +: The offense is more like a Princeton offense. You need a pg like Nash (Outstanding court vision & fast break creator) to run it at 100%. Other than that we will do as good as the Wizard under Eddie Jordan. I don't know where the triangle came from. Once Jamal's out, the rotation will change. JJ will play almost all his minutes at the 2 & Marvin the same for the 3. Mo will back up Marvin & JJ(unless we get a back up 2 in a deal or Jordan steps up) BB will be huge as a reserve with his 3's. We have the perfect players to play along side Nash & make this team a pick & pop/roll fest. If for some reason that I really doubt we don't win now, next season he'll be a 11 mill expiring contract that along with BB's 6 mill is a heck of a trade ship so don't worry about that.
  10. This Calderon is not going to make us a contender & his contract is horrible. Bibby expires next season, that's next year's trade ship. Nash is the answer. All our other passers will be turn in to scoring machines. Even Marvin will become a scoring machine. Pick & pop with Al/JJ + pick & roll with Smith/Marvin all day long.
  11. Name of external link Based on our cap situation for next year as the link shows, if we let every expiring walk we would be around 6 mill behind the tax threshold. Not to mention that the new CBA can bring a hard cap system that may put us closer to the tax. Its obvious that in order for this team to improve at a contender level, paying the tax is a must. If they're ok with being an 1rst round exit in the playoffs(best case scenario 2nd round) while paying max money to a player almost past prime then keep running way from the tax. Off course, they can trade him along with other players not named Horford or Smith, take a step back for 1 or 2 years, retool & come back to playoffs with a deeper & cheaper team. I prefer the last move, cuz being mediocre for ever is just not good. Like LeBron said: "What should we do?
  12. This To have all those things in the poll we need to spend. If there is no will to spend then better of start operating like the Clippers.
  13. A playoff team who wants to be a real contender, just like us. Do you want us to be out in the 1rst round for for years to come with JJ's max money?
  14. You know what is even worst? Paying more to remain the same. Just what they did.
  15. A 16 mill TPE would've be a huge asset to have. Better than having JJ for that ridiculous $
  16. How good would be to have a 16 mill TPE right now...............
  17. That makes sense. But.........why paying max money to a player who isn't exiting to watch & not worth of it? Doesn't that cut all the possibilities of improve the roster without paying the tax?
  18. I'll give them that & if they refuse add the 2013 1rst rounder too. The guy can turn water into wine.
  19. If we won't make any move to get better & just run away from the tax......HELL YEAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horford & Smith still young enough to retool around them.
  20. This team needs a Nash to be a contender. He will turn Horford /Smith in to the Amare/Marion back then. If anyone can turn Marvin in to a 2nd overall draft pick worth of a player is Nash. If he becomes available Sund better offer the house. I' don't care how many draft picks or youngsters he has to give up, he better do it. PS: I don't think CP3 will be available this season.
