I wouldnt mind getting Robinson from Houston, but idk if they want to turn around and trade him right after acquiring him. I feel like he has alot to show the NBA. Kings never gave him a shot, which is crazy IMO I wouldnt be opposed to a Robinson/Asik deal but I dont think they want to part ways with Asik.

Yeah I also agree I doubt he gets traded. There is always talks about this every year and something is tellin me its no different from any other year. But we want to trade for Monte Ellis. Someone who we dont want to keep anyways. Just to fill a role til the end of the season. I would be find with Pau filling a role to the end of the season over Monte anyday of the week. I realize he is injured right now, but I would take Pau over Monte everyday of the week.

Ive been saying it all along. Never understood why everyone was so hesitant on Pau. He would be better than any other package we are going to recieve.

Its crazy how everyone changes their mind all the time on players. One week we love Teague and keep saying hes the future. One bad game and all hell breaks loose? Lets calm down, if we ship Harris in the Bucks deal then send teague, you all realize we would sign Pargo for the rest the yr and he would be out starting PG? Then what would everybody be saying. Hahahahahaha

I just dont understand the point in giving up Harris when LD said he needs more PGs.. Does this mean we will sign Pargo to be our full time backup for the season? Say it aint so.. WE BETTER GET SANDERS

Either way, whatever trade we make. We wont even be close to getting the talent back we are giving away with Smoove. Thats just something we are all going to have to live with. Ferry is looking towards the big picture, which is offseason. I would like to keep Smoove under 1 condition. And that is he talks D12 into coming to ATL. Think of the talent we would have with Teague, KK, Horf, Smoove, D12. WIshful thinking, not gonna happen. But a guy can dream right?

I have NEVER seen Joe show that type of emotion when he was in Atlanta. I am glad to see him finally show some emotion tho. Hope nothin but the best for that guy. Will be rooting for him throughout the playoffs!

I would rather keep both of our firsts and trade them up to get a higher draft pick. Which im hoping is what Ferry is already thinking about.

I dont mind this trade as long as we dont give up a draft pick. Sanders is a player that will be on the rise for the next few years. The only thing that scares me about Monte Ellis is that he can be a player who demands the ball in his hands. I dont want him taking the ball out of Teague's hands. I dont want another ISO player like Joe Johnson.

I have to say thats about as low as it gets. Yes I no that we are not going to win a championship, but there is no way in hell I just want to throw away the season and hope for a playoff miss. Tell me something, how have our draft picks worked out in the past? Draft picks wont make a difference this year with a very weak draft. The only hope we have is to get some great signings in the offseason. Cant believe some of you actually want to just hope that we lose out. LETS GO HAWKS!

No way I would want to do that deal. It would make us a much worse team IMO. Jennings isnt even consistent and his shooting % is not good at all. Hes shooting 39% from the field.. We really want to give up a guy that we hate for his terrible shot selection to get a guy thats even worse at this? I would rather have Teague than be stuck with Jennings

You realize Woody made him stay inside and he had his best shooting % of his career. Shooting over 50% from the floor and grabbing almost 9 boards. It worked for 1 year. But Smoove decided he was a better player when he was able to play outside in. And I know, your going to say, oh it was Mike Woodson's fault. Tired of hearing that BS. If u got too big of an ego to listen to anyone especially your coaches youve got some issues. Why do u think he hasnt made an All Star game before? Its his attitude towards coaches.

Im almost ashamed to say I have a Antoine Walker and Josh Childress bobblehead. Actually scratch that, I am definitely ashamed to have those! Haha

While I agree that he could be better under CERTAIN coaches. He has to have a coach that players all around the league repects. And their are only a few of them. Popovich, Georgia Karl, hell maybe even Doc. But Atlanta will never bring in a coach like those, that is the problem. What happens to players as they extend their careers? Their athletic ability tends to decline. Smoove has been in the league for 9 years, he has maybe 3 more good years left before the high flying stops. And I dont see us bringin in a Pop, Karl, or Doc for Smoove to listen to and buy into.

If he hasnt figured it out after 9 years, there is no coach that Atlanta could BRING IN that would do anything for Smoove to improve anymore. The ONLY way he can improve is if he goes to a team like San Antonio to play under Pop. A coach that every player loves. Your not going to bring in a coach to Atlanta that will set him straight.
