David West has destroyed us every single game since he has been in Indy it seems like. If we can outplay him and Teague be the athletic flying PG we want him to be. It should make for a good series.. On another note.. does Korvers streak count in the playoffs?

I hope he hasnt played his last game in a Hawk uni! He has made it clear he loves Atlanta and that this is his home. I think he would be willing to take less to stay here, but thats just my opinion. A guy can dream right?

If Ray Allen and Battier arent both back with the Heat, I could expect him to end up their or back in Chicago. Really hope Ferry atleast throws him some money in the offseason but I doubt that he will do that. He is probably hoping that Jenkins will step up more next season to fill the void of Korver. I wouldnt go as far to say he is pushing for the streak. He is on this team for one reason and one reason only. That is to shoot 3s. And shoot lots of 3s. He can push 10 3s a game for all I care cause I know he is alteast going to hit 4 of them if not more.. So push away Korver

I can understand the Hawks not getting any pub from ESPN/SC. But they have been talking about this Miami streak and the Nuggets streak along with the old Lakers streak for months. How about they give a shoutout to Kyle Korver so people can acknowledge what is actually happening in Atlanta is nothing short of amazing. A streak of 65+ games with a 3 pointer is ridiculous in my mind. Things like this dont happen to often as well

AL is starting to try an take control of the team I feel like. I rarely see him demand the ball at the end of games like he has been doing lately. He is playing fearless! Teague is passing like he is the next Paul/Rondo. And Smoove has been playing extremely consistent lately. How can u not love watching these Hawks!?

Agreed. I also think it depends on playing time. Wasnt it earlier in the season when he got a start he said he wants to show everyone what Ivan Johnson can actually do? Meaning he wants people to recognize his skill set and he wants more minutes as well as money? I think if we resign Zaza then idk if we will resign Ivan? Kyle Korver is the first on my list among the people we should resign though!

Haha. Ivan Johnson interviews are the best. Cant help but laugh. Hope we bring him back, but he is going to go wherever the money takes him which I tend to think is somewhere other than Atlanta.

We need to be able to sneak into that 3 seed by the end of the season. Thats our only shot at reaching the ECF. Aint nobody want to face Miami with how their playing lately.

Pau Gasol type player? I no im prolly gonna get a ton of hate for saying that but its true. Can play both outside and inside. Has the pick and pop on lock. Can pass the ball great for a center. If you look at the statline its pretty much the same across the board for them besides the fact that Pau ppg for career is a bit higher. But given the touches, AL has proven he can put up those type of numbers.

Thank the lord that somebody agrees with me on this. Its like beating a dead horse. Its already down, its not gonna get back to normal. With as much hate as we are giving him (which I cant stand at this point), we are not giving him or AL the credit that they deserve. They have both been playing great basketball this month. And for all of you that keep saying his shot selection is terrible he is shooting 50% from the field and over 50% from three this month. Do I like his shot selection? Hell no, but if he continues to shoot 50% im not going to hate on it. Some positives about the team every once in a while would be cool? Ya know? Instead of the dumbass hate threads posted on a daily basis.

We are going to want to get the 2-3 seed. But seeing as how that is not going to be possible at all. I am fine with being the 5 seed in hoped that the Nets stay at the 4. That way we can be the benefit of Joe Johnson in the playoffs for once haha. If we dont move up high enough tho and have to play Miami in the second round, its over.

I would take a Van Gundy any day of the week over LD. With that being said, if you still think their is a change were signing D12, I want some of what your smokin. Also, there is no way that Smoove will resign here unless we actually throw him the max. After how hard we tried to move him, he knows its in his best decision to take his talents elsewhere.

Seeing as how we have a tough schedule the rest of the way out I saw we finish 15-15.
