The only questionable thing i know of that he did off the court was to marry Kardashian.

I loved him as a player, and equally as an announcer. He is a true Hawk even though he got crapped over in that pathetically timed trade. Some people just want to bitch about anything. He makes me feel at home when i watch a Hawks game.

Has anyone noticed that the Hawks can barely even compete with the Spurs since Bud got here. I am not a complainer and i like this years team, but i am just stating the facts. You would think the way Bud knows the Spurs that we could make better showings against them. Popovich must pull out all the stops when we play them or maybe they are just that much better than us.

If we can get 50% of his best seasons from the past, that should suffice.

For those that watched him play, it is not even a question. The first Hawks game i ever attended at 12 years of age, he hit a buzzer beater on a turn around jump shot past the top of the key to beat Dr.J and the Sixers. Who have the Hawks had lately that could even think of pulling that off?

I seriously doubt anyone fears the Hawks. We are going to have a good defense though.

I doubt Kenny Atkinson will be celebrating with us, as that last picture shows.

I watched replays the other night of the back to back national championships when Al played for Florida, expecting to see Horford as one of or the main player on that team. After watching i realized he was just about the same player to that team as he was to the Hawks this year, just an average overrated player. The shooting guard and Noah were much more impressive than Al.

Never heard of him , but i guess he must be pretty awesome the way ya'll talk about him.

Actually I don't think Dennis will be better, and i don't have a clue what Howard will be. I am just saying Teague and Horford kind of went away in big games.

Did anyone on here think there was anything meaningful in winning the division, if we hadn't sucked so bad in the last game of season to Wizards who were playing 2nd and 3rd lineups. Or what about the opinion division titles mean nothing without competing for championships. Division titles don't mean that much to me, but i was just shocked we could not even show up for that game with the division title for the taking. Maybe getting rid of Teague and Horford will take some of that big game pansiness out of the Hawks.
