Trade Al for Jeff Foster (for the Pacer playoff Run)...

Then when the season is over, re-sign Al!

Why it could work.

The Pacers, are getting ansy about their 74 Million dollar Cap.

The Pacers are making a strong run and they have good young players (especially Jones/Harrison).

When Al becomes a FA, maybe the Pacers will let him walk... Giving us a chance to get him?

Why I wouldn't do it

The only thing is that Foster could never match the points/leadership that we get from Al so it's suicide. Secondly, I don't think we have a C problem... Zaza is doing well. When Al gets back, i think the frontcourt of Al and Zaza will be good. Lastly, I've never seen a free agent (except Herb Williams) Be traded then come back to his same team...
