I think Jim O'Brien would be an excellent fit for this team. Do you guys agree? What other coaches out there would benefit this team the most?

Prolly not, I like O'Brien but he is much better with a vet team than with a young team. One of the reasons he was let go in Boston was that he wouldn't develop the younger players that Ainge was briging in. We need a guy that can really get into the players heads and motivate them while developing at the same time.

jim o'brien is a guy who just tells his team to go out there and have fun and do what they want to do, basically. He would be a horrible fit for a young team IMO. We need a veteran who can lay the law down, and install a very clear offense, and very clear team defense

these guys need a leader, not a friend.

No. The team needs a guy who they respect and a guy who can bring leadership...

I'm not promoting that Woody must go by Friday but if we changed coaches, I would like a vet coach to take over.
