Gray Mule
Followed the game as they posted the score. Noticed that Josh S. had EIGHT blocks!! S.S. was 3 for 6 on 3's, as was J.J.!! Al fouled out in O.T. They gave up 6 points if final :27 of regulation. Smith & Marvin had 9 points. Everyone else who scored were in double figures. {Ivie & Batman didn't score} Hawks are now 19-37 Opponent is 20-37 We've 6 more wins than last season and still have more games to go!! Not great, but we ARE improving.

DrReality
Winning in overtime away is a big step. Doing much better on the road with their previous road on the west coast. Gotta remember the road to maturity is one step up, two back, three steps up and one back. They are showing some moxy.
exodus
their games sure aren't dull. WHEW! That was a game they should have won by double digits. Too many careless turnovers and too little D for most of the game. But a win is a win. They actually started playing better in the 4th quarter. They were playing to win rather than playing not to lose, at least until the two minute mark. Then they got the old hands around the throat syndrome. JJ spent way too much time dribbling around at the end of the game and almost cost them the game. It seemed like he was afraid to pass. They just kept running the same pick and roll play over and over without results, especially in OT. Smith hit a big 3 in the 4th. It is nice to see him hitting big shots but it would be nicer to see him hitting a little more consistently during the rest of the game. He was really a terror inside tonight. Aside from the blocks he had a bunch of altered shots. You could tell they were starting to get uncomfortable going inside with him in there. And he had a very key stop on Bosh in OT after Al fouled out.

I was impressed. He was swatting everything. Great game all around. Have to give kudos to the Toronto announcers too (on LPass). Knowledgeable and interesting, not negative homers at all. I had to leave the set when we were up 5 with like a minute to go...how did they tie it? Did JChill throw away another inbounds pass?
