I hate the knicks...

However, I was reading the insider and it has a deal that helps the Knicks.

JT/Theo/CC to NY

Spreewell/Harrington to Portland.

Davis/Anderson to Atlanta?!???!

Could this be the deal in the works?

NY is never worried about Cap. They would take Terry and Theo. They want to move Spreewell anyway.

What it leaves NY is

Terry/Houston/Anderson/Thomas/Theo. Not a bad 5.

Portland would like a Gaurd like Spreewell. He could move back to SG... He's more defensive than Anderson.

Mouse/Spree/Bonzi/Wallace/Arvydas.

Davis has been crying about minutes.

Us, we get Davis/Anderson.

Anderson is having his best season since the Spurs.. Davis is tough rebounder/defensive player.

Dickau/Anderson/Grob/SAR/Davis? Could that team win?

which insider did you read? Looking at thursdays they mentioned stoudamire but not davis or anderson...

Whitsitt has gotten too much negative press early in the year and for the time being has vowed not to acquire any more players with character issues virtually assuring that they will not accept sprewell...

Also, where did you read that davis was crying about minutes? He was 2 years ago before he was starting, but I haven't heard a peep about that in years...

We get a better position defender and get rid

of Theo's wimpy no rebound or defending butt.

Plus Davis brings toughness that Theo can't.Theo

is really overrated.I mean he's putting up a mediocre

7/7 and he really hasn't been productive this year

and hasn't made the difference in a game since

the second week of the season.

JT is never goting to cut it as a SG on a winning

team.Get over it.Derek Anderson is a better fit

because he can d up and he brings athletic ability

and he can score 16PPG just fine as a third option.

Theo is weak and needs to go and his offensive

game is downright terrible.

Not being considered one of the better players

on the team.Teams don't want a weak short SG

with a limited game.He only gets steals because

he plays the passing lanes. He gives up alot more

points than the 1.6 steals he gets.

A Jamaal Tinsley/Jt backcourt?Indy wouldn't be close

to as good as they are now.

Sactown and NJ doesn't need JT.

NY?Where would he play?He PG?He can't play PG

here......

Despite all the rumors JT has limited value.he's a

backup.JT really can't defend PG's either.He is a

big hole on any team he is on.He isn't as good of

a defender as Iverson and David Wesley.

JT has little trade value.

Derek Anderson is better than JT at SG anyway.

Derek Anderson is a good player,he has more

value to a team than JT.He plays his correct

postion and doesn't put his team at disadvanges

and Theo is a wimp....He's soft and he does

nothing to make the team better....Teams push

him around and they aren't scared of him.

I'd trade Theo for Dale Davis str8 up.Theo doesn't

not provide the hawks with anything...THe team

needs toughness and he doesn't have any.All he

does is foul, foul, foul, foul so that he doesn't have

to play.

One player I would trade Jason Terry for is Eddie jones. The Atlanta Hawks would have a legit 2 guard, and they could than put Dickau and wilks at the point and see how that works out. DIESEL what do you think of this? Dan and Mike could share minutes at the point and they would compliment each other as each grows into his own. Another player I would trade Jason Terry for is Dale Davis and Bonzi Wells, but the Hawks would have to throw in Theo. I could see that. No matter what, any trade this season will help for next year, but than the players would have to start all over in making chemisrty with each other on the court.

almost impossible to trade Bonzi, he signed a new contract.

if you want Eddie Jones for JT, you better find some filler, as their contracts are rediculously different.

Jones is overpaid, JT underpaid...with about 10 million difference in their salaries
