Theo Ratliff for Hakeem Olaguwon/Lindsey Hunter works salary wise.

Theo Ratliff and Chris Crawford for Grant Hill works salary wise. The Hawks would probably make this deal, Hill will come back but not near the same level, and they will be stuck with his contract for four more years a la Phoenix and Penny Hardaway.
