TexasPete
Salim has an attitude that is a little on the fringe. Salim cannot play a lick of defense. Salim cannot handle the rock at all for a guy his size. Salim is not a distributor of the basketball...just a real poor passer. Salim is turnover prone. Salim is a one dimensional player. He can fill it up when he gets it going. I think Salim should get 15-25 minutes a night to provide some offense off the bench as long as his turnovers and defense are not killing us. Salim is a role player that can help the Hawks if he is used properly. Salim is not a foundation, a bedrock, or an anchor of any kind. The fact that you list Salim in the same company as JJ and Smoove proves how precious little you truly understand about the game, the Hawks, and personnel in general. You and I are both fans of the same team but we see things very differently. BTW, Salim is no horse...more like a mule. Good for some things, and even a few short rides. You can jump on a horse and ride all day long.
