Abdur-Rahim the best PF in the EAST?

Considering Ratliff and Wallace as centers, where would u rank ABDUR-RAHIM in the east?

heres the top PFs:

Abdur-Rahim, Walker, Grant, Martin, McDyess, Oneal, Mason, Brown, Davis

IMO, Abdur-Rahim is the best out PF. McDyess may be better, but his health is a questionmark. Martin is good but no where near the level Abdur-Rahim is. Put Abdur-Rahim on the same floor with Jason Kidd and you will see an increase in PPG. Oneal isint bad at all either.
