Seeing how that completely sucked, let's talk Salim Stoudamire, okay?

I took all of the (62) games he's played as a Hawk where he received 20+ minutes, and extrapolated it out to 36 minutes (a 1.37 conversion ratio, which should be fairly reliable):

17.6 pts

3.1 rebs

2.2 asts

0.9 stls

2.1 to's

3 pfs

52% eFG

57% TS

I then applied the same criteria to Eddie House during the three seasons he was the same age (23-25). The results (a very similar 1.34 conversion ratio):

14.7 pts

3.6 rebs

3.9 asts

1.7 stls

1.8 to's

2.6 pfs

45% eFG

46% TS

Salim is by far the superior shooter/scorer at this point in their careers, while House is better in all other facets of the game.

What says you?

By the way, I love Basketball-reference.com.

I looked for the following combined season averages:

6-2 or shorter guard

3-pt era (since 1979)

>1.8 to's

3pt% > 38%

Link to results

So, basically, I was looking for an undersized guard with range who isn't a point guard.

The only two results were players who quickly fell out of the NBA...
