Premium Member Diesel Posted July 20, 2003 Premium Member Report Share Posted July 20, 2003 If Arenas getting 9 million means that JT ought to get 9 million... What does Arenas getting between 6-7 million mean for JT? '>http://www.washtimes.com/sports/20030718-121055-7408r.htm
beav
Listen to me carefully. There is absolutely zero chance that Portland will take Robinson. In case this wasn't clear the 8th time, let me restate. There is zero chance that they will take Robinson. Pippen being gone changes nothing. They still have Woods and Wells at the small forward spot in addition to drafting Outlaw. On top of that there is absolutely, positively, no way they are going to take another player that has just been convicted of a crime. Particularly one that is on a bad contract! Jesus they'd be more likely to take Hendu than Robinson!
Premium Member Diesel Posted July 20, 2003 Author Premium Member Report Share Posted July 20, 2003 That's all fine Beav, but I think you posted this post in the wrong SPOT. This thread is about Arenas getting 6-7 million from the Wizards and what it means for JT's chances to get a big Contract.
DJ_Money
Ahem...the Clippers, of all teams, have made Arenas an offer of $60 mil. over 6 years. http://espn.go.com/nba/news/2003/0720/1583168.html
Premium Member Diesel Posted July 20, 2003 Author Premium Member Report Share Posted July 20, 2003 WOW. That means that Washington is still in the hunt for a PG with Utah and that Miami can now court JT and Odom as their Backcourt?
