Surprisingly, that would work???

I just don't know about giving up the 2010 1st (not 2009 illegal)... and taking on Artest.

It gives us a bit of a logjam at PF with Horford and Smoove, but I think Horford could play a little back-up Center also.

Getting Artest would give us a SF that can score with the best of them, is a great defender, and can shoot the 3...Exactly what we need from that position.

I would then see if we could trade Bibby straight up for any of these players (his expiring contract has to be real attractive).

I would kill for Okur. Watched him in the playoffs against the Lakers; there was one game he couldn't miss from three I think he had six. Is he on the block Diesel?

I agree that Okur would be the right fit here in Atlanta. With him starting Smoove could start at the three because of Okurs shooting and his lack of shotblocking ability.

This team does need a big man but I don't wanna see Brad Miller in Atlanta. From the Kings I would take Artest, Beno Udrih and Francisco Garcia.

Okur would not play in the paint so it wouldn be as bad as you think. Smoove could still have room to post up. I believe those two would compliment each other well.
