And that is the only game he played at least 20 minutes. He had 9 pts and 6 rbs in the game and he picked up the slack big time when Smoove was in foul trouble and Marvin was hurt. His +/- was +11 in that game.

He certainly has to improve but he's still young and he has the raw physical tools (except for the leaping ability - damn he can't jump) to be an effective big man. He just needs to learn how to put that big body of his on somebody and realize that nobody wants to bang with his big ol' head all night long.
