Shaq was right about Van Gundy. Guy is a good coach, but panics in close games.

Orlando has won alot of close games in these playoffs too. The refs helped LA alot tonight and the game should have been over on goaltending. That said Reddick killed Orl in ot with that miss on a wide open 3 and then the bad turnover back to back.

Yeah and Kobe wanted a foul on the hit by Howard but that was long after the clean block. I hate watching games like that when you think your going to hear a cheap whistle to decide it because players do a good acting job.

yes, but not because of van gundy. Most of the close games he won he either mismanaged time outs or the shot clock enough that the other team had another shot back in it.

Just look at these finals: Reddick goes from playing nothing to being on the floor in crunch time, Nelson plays more minutes off of a 5 month injury than the guy that got them there, and the in the closing minutes of game 2 neither of them is on the court...

Its like if things aren't going his way, he does a random change that he hasn't tried before.

Agreed on Reddick and Jameer. Rafer, Lee and even AJ all have to be shaking their heads. Dam all those open 3's Reddick had VG would have been better off having the " closer " shoot them. THE ORIGINAL SMITTY NAMED CLOSER.Problem is he was in a suit tonight.
