exodus
Horford is shooting 47% on jumpers this year which is pretty much the best case scenario. Sometimes i wish he would take a little more time to get his feet set though. http://www.82games.com/0910/09ATL10.HTM Now if he could just start driving and throwing up some fakes at times his average could get to 15+. He really needs to abandon the back to the basket stuff unless he is matched up against a smaller player. The big games he has had weren't from playing with his back to the basket. When he learns how to stop exactly in the middle, he'll drop almost all of those because, unless they are short, the missed ones will ricochet of the board. He had a nice one on Howard in the last game.
jerrywest
from deep inside Thorpe's chat: Brian (Greensboro, NC) Beasley for Horford, who says no? David Thorpe (12:57 PM) The Hawks, and they hung up the phone in the process.
JackB1
Al has to learn a postup move going to the left (facing the basket). He fakes and goes right about 90% of the time. Other teams scouting him can use this info. He needs to add a "fake to the right, then up and under to the left" move or something. His right handed baby hook is great...he just needs another "go to" psot move to keep the opposition guessing. DjGrizz
Horford's new 12 footer from the corner almost seems automatic these days.
