At first blush, it may not seem like much: A low first round pick, no glaring need (well, unless you're like me and feel you can't have enough productive big men and point guards), and an unenthusiastic run of players working out for the team over the last week. 

But, as Bret covered off on over at Hoopinion a while back, there can be some bargains to be had in the waning minutes of the first round of the NBA Draft....if a team chooses to participate.
