sasuke
Until the Hawks get a box office draw and start making money, you can't make moves like that. No other 1st or 2nd tier team has attendance issues like us. That's what hamstrung us but ASG knows this is a superstar town so they need to figure it out. No one will invest in a non profitable organization who at least is winning games. That's the issue, this town only yield sales with a superstar. Unless ASG lands one, forget it. That makes sense. But.........why paying max money to a player who isn't exiting to watch & not worth of it? Doesn't that cut all the possibilities of improve the roster without paying the tax? If no moves are made by the deadline, that deals might be one of the worst in Atlanta history even if he's productive.

coachx
Why aren't we utilizing Wilkins? That's really my biggest issue w/Drew. I understand at first he needed to become aquatinted with the system. He was strong as a bench player playing 20+mins in Seattle in a few years ago and we need to use him now and see if he can work or not. Perhaps they are show casing Mo Evans and his expiring contract in hopes of trading him. Edited December 27, 2010 by coachx
