Jameer Nelson tells Derrick Rose, "I'll see you in the second round."

Minutes after the Orlando Magic dropped a hard-fought 102-99 decision to the Chicago Bulls, Orlando G Jameer Nelson shared a "private" moment with the Chicago Bulls' Derrick Rose.

Unfortunately, the remark was picked up by ABC's microphones.

"I'll see you in the second round," Nelson reportedly whispered in Rose's ear.

Jameer, there's only one problem with that. You have to play the Atlanta Hawks first. That same pesky Hawks team that took three of four from your team this season.

Something tells me Josh Smith, Al Horford, Joe Johnson and the rest of the Hawks were listening, too and that they won't take your disrespectful comment lying down. And a team that sometimes lacks motivation at times has something to rally around.

As we've seen this season, this Hawks team -- while a tad bit schizophrenic -- is capable of playing some very good basketball. That is: if they want to play good basketball. As if competing in the playoffs wasn't motivation enough, Nelson's overconfidence will likely be bulletin board material that will help the Hawks elevate their game.

Let's just say it's going to be one interesting first-round series.
