Assuming the networks really did breathe a sigh of relief, it's only because we have no Derrick Rose, LeBron James, or even Dirk Nowitzki on this team. A Hawks/Grizzlies finals would've been a disaster for ratings--not because people hate Memphis and Atlanta, but because both teams are devoid of stars. As I said before, Josh Smith is our most marketable player, and he succeeded in letting the world know how poor his BBIQ is this postseason. His outside shooting became a running joke. It was comical that his own home crowd would start pre-emptively booing when he set up to shoot outside.

Watch them play. They are boring. Don't play team basketball. Have moments where it looks like High School Basketball and always abandoning their strategies. Plus no superstars.
