Someone please explain to me what are the limitations to the Houston's pick (protected up to draft position 10...)?With the Hawks current squad, I envision the Hawks 2013 draft having a high teens pick. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the Atlanta Hawks could potentially hold (2) mid first round picks?If the Houston pick is extended to the 2014 Draft, will there be a lottery protection tag? Edit : RT @KBergCBS The first-round pick going to Atlanta via Houston is top-14 protected through 2016. Becomes second-round pick and cash in 2017.
