Think our former gm's (bk and Sund) had some generation gap with current players. Think ferry is more in tune with them and responsive and that will be in our favor . . . Hopefully

At least he's realized that being standoffish like BK, or likeable with but not forthcoming like Sund, doesn't help your teams PR. He obviously understands that the local media is just an extension of your marketing. They can either work for ya or agin ya.
