Being serious for a moment:

 

I would ask

 

1.  To what standard of measurement does this position entail?

2.  To whom does the person holding the position report to?

3.  What is the measurement used to grade his/her job performance?

4.  What mandate is in place to require this position?

5.  How is the salary/payment to this individual determined and who actually makes payment?

6.  What qualifications are required to fill this position?

 

Being a company owner myself most of these questions would be awful tough to answer.
