Newcomb tasked with containing Red Sox

Sean Newcomb will match up against his favorite childhood team when the Braves and Red Sox resume their three-game series Tuesday at 7:35 p.m. ET at SunTrust Park. Newcomb, who's given up at least five earned runs in three of his last four starts, has faced Boston once before, allowing three runs with four walks in three innings on May 26. Rick Porcello will take the hill for the Sox.
