I'm kind of bullish on the Cavs actually but the dude had some good critiques of them.  Hawks should be better but our should depends on getting good contributions from JJ and Bogi.    But Cavs and Hawks are definitly on a similar level right now and i think Mitchell gets underrated a lot.  

Not sure why the Hawks dude is saying De-yon-te Murray.  That's not right is it?
