I didn't realize how out of shape I am.

I played a flag football game today for the first time in about 4 years, and I'm going to be feeling it tomorrow. Plus, I have another game tonight at 9pm. I'm not so sure I'll be able to make that one.

I picked off a pass on one of the first plays of the game and ran it back for a TD. I was spent from that point on. Hell, my legs felt like rubber halfway through the run back. I can't believe no one caught my slow ass.

i havent played any sports for like almost a year. if i played ball or flag football, i know i'd feel it in the next day.

I'm definitely feeling it today. I can hardly move, and sitting through three hours of gross anatomy lecture with my stomach growling didn't help things.
