vdclover
This Sunday the Hawks will have a "Open to the Public" practice at Phillips Arena from 10 AM to noon with a autograph session from 12 to 12:30. The Falcons kick-off at 1:00 against the Lions. This was a smart move by the Hawks knowing that Falcons Landing (The Free Pre-game entertainment before each Falcons Home Game) will be full of people and with Phillips arena being next to it, it should draw a good turn out. I will be there (for the practice & Falcons Game). Anyone else going?
Carl_Spackler
Sounds like a good sports day in ATL...think I'll be stopping in to get a peak at the squad.
AHFan
No question...a pretty good chance to see what we have up close. And I've heard Mike Woodson might answer questions from the crowd.
Premium Member Wretch Posted October 8, 2004 Premium Member Report Share Posted October 8, 2004 I need to go see someone up in Atl anyway. It's like 100 miles from where I live...but I'd like to go and show my support for the squad. Each year, I plan to go. Then I don't get around to it... I'm about 50/50 on it right now.
